Enforcements of any award or judgment shall be governed by the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. 17. Jurisdiction and Venue. The courts of DeKalb County in the State of Georgia, USA and the nearest U.S. District Court in the State of Georgia shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all legal proceedings that are not arbitrated under these Terms of Use.

18. Controlling Law. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, excluding rules regarding conflicts of law. The application the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary and possible to render it valid and enforceable. 20. Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for damages for any delay or failure of delivery arising out of causes beyond our reasonable control and without our fault or negligence, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, riots, wars, embargoes, Internet disruptions, hacker attacks, or communications failures.

21. Privacy. Please review this site's Privacy Policy which also governs your visit to this site. Our Privacy Policy is always accessible on our site's home page.

22. The Site Is for Adults. This site and its content are offered to and intended for adults. By using this site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are using it for your own personal, reflective purposes.

23. Entertainment and Reflection; No Advice. This site produces dream interpretations and birth chart compatibility readings. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence from the information you provide and, for compatibility readings, from calculated astrological chart positions. Readings may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to you. THE SITE AND ITS READINGS ARE PROVIDED FOR PERSONAL REFLECTION AND ENTERTAINMENT ONLY, AND ARE NOT MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, PSYCHIATRIC, RELATIONSHIP, FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND. NO RESULT, OUTCOME, OR BENEFIT IS PROMISED OR GUARANTEED. A compatibility score is not a prediction and is not a reason to begin, continue, or end any relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any question regarding your health, your relationships, your finances, or your legal rights, and never disregard or delay seeking such advice because of anything you read on this site.

24. Purchases, Pricing, and Refunds. This site offers one-time digital readings. Creating a reading and viewing its preview is free. Unlocking a full reading is a single purchase, currently $3.00 for a Dream Decode and $4.00 for a Match Report, in United States dollars; the price shown at checkout before you pay is the price that applies. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Payment is collected and processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not receive or store your card details. A reading is delivered digitally and unlocks when your payment is confirmed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where a refund is required by law. If you were charged and your reading did not unlock, contact us at contact@dreammojo.cloud and we will unlock it or refund the charge.

25. Your Readings and the Information You Provide. This site has no accounts and no login. Your reading is stored on our servers and is reached through its unique link. Anyone who has that link can view the reading or its preview, so share it only with people you want to see it. If you lose the link and did not provide an email address, we may be unable to locate your reading. Readings that are not unlocked are deleted after 14 days. Unlocked readings are kept so that their links continue to work, but we do not guarantee that any reading will remain available indefinitely; you may download your share card to keep a copy. You may ask us to delete a reading at any time by writing to privacy@dreammojo.cloud. You keep whatever rights you have in the dream description and other information you submit, and you grant us permission to use it to produce, store, display, and deliver your reading, including by sending it to the service providers that help us do so. A compatibility reading uses a second person’s first name and birth details; by submitting them, you confirm that you have the right to provide that information. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and how long we keep it.

26. Third-Party Services. We rely on third-party service providers to operate this site, including Stripe, Inc. for payments and other providers for AI text generation, email delivery, and hosting. Those companies are not parties to these Terms of Use. Your payment is also subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.

27. Availability and Changes to the Site. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue this site, or any reading, feature, or price, at any time. Nothing in these Terms of Use obliges us to continue to offer the site or any particular reading or feature.
